Book Tour Festival – A Celebration for National Library Week

National Library Week begins April 19, 2020. To kick off the event in partnership with Dauphin County Library and Tri-County OIC on April 18, 2020, The Library and Marco along with Tri-County OIC and the BookyMobile will be at Colonial Park Mall, Harrisburg. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. indoors with STEAM activities. From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. outdoor activities are planned. This is a family program, intended for all ages. There will be food trucks and books distributed.

BookyMobile Reading Event – The Broken Ornament by By, Tony DiTerlizzi

This monthly Interactive Reading event features the book The Broken Ornament written by the New York Times bestselling author and Caldecott Honor–winning illustrator Tony DiTerlizzi. In The Broken Ornament, Jack is crazy excited for the upcoming holiday. As he is decorating the tree, he keeps telling his parents that they have to make Christmas more. He wants more lights, more decorations, and more ornaments! He wants MORE!

This activity is for any family. Come join us for a fun event.
