The City of Harrisburg will host the annual Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 20 at 10am in Downtown Harrisburg. The parade features giant parade balloons, decorated floats, marching bands, dance teams and more. This year’s parade theme is “Merry and Bright.” Participants are strongly encouraged to demonstrate the parade/holiday theme for the enjoyment of the crowd. A panel of local celebrity judges will select winners for the marching band, dance/step/drill team and Best in Theme categories. Prizes include $500, $300 & $200 for the top 3 marching bands, trophies for the top 3 dance/step/drill teams and a $100 Amazon gift card for the Best in Theme winner.
