Our Work Readiness Program equips individuals with the skills and support needed to preprare for, secure, and maintain employment. Services include:

Career Assessment - Identifying interests, evaluating skills, and setting short- and long-term goals.
Job Preparation - Resume writing, job application assistance, and interview coaching.
Essential Skills Training - Developing communication, problem-solving, time management, and professionalism.
Employment Retention Support - Ongoing follow-up to assess job status and provide additional assistance as needed.

Wraparound Services - Comprehensive Support for Success

Our Wraparound Services provide holistic, individualized support to help individuals overcome barrier and achieve career and personal stability. These services are designed to address the whole person, ensuring participants have the tools and resources needed to succeed in both employment and life.

Reentry Support Services - Helping you Build a New Future

Our Reentry Support Services provide comprehensive guidance and resources to help individuals successfully transition back into the community after incarceration. We understand that reentry comes with unique challenges, and we are committed to empowering individuals with the tools, support, and opportunities needed for a fresh start.
