Tri-County OIC’s Workforce Development Division provides demand-driven, integrated, and customizable services designed for individuals aged 17 and older. Our mission is to strengthen clients’ foundational academic skills while equipping them with industry-recognized vocational training, empowering them to build personalized career pathways.
We take a holistic approach to workforce development by collaborating with community organizations to offer wraparound support. These strategic partnerships enable us to connect our clients and program graduates with career opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations, and long-term goals.
At Tri-County OIC, we emphasize hands-on, real-world training to ensure our clients gain practical experience and workplace readiness. Tri-County OIC is a community-based, non-profit, Federal, State, local, foundation and supporter funded organization, which is part of a greater nationwide alliance of OIC’s.
