Tri-County OIC offers free ESL (English as a Second Language) classes for individuals whose native language is not English. Our classes are designed to help you build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English, while also learning about American culture and life in your community.
Whether you're looking to improve your English for work, school, or daily life, our classes are contextualized — which means what you learn in class can be used right away in real-life situations.
At Tri-County OIC, you'll join a diverse community of learners from around the world, all working toward better opportunities for themselves and their families. Our students speak more than 80 different languages, and our dedicated teachers personalize instruction based on each student's goals and skill level.
This program is for individuals who plan to live in the United States permanently. It is not intended for temporary visitors or individuals on an F-1 visa.
Tri-County OIC is a community-based, non-profit, Federal, State, local, foundation and supporter funded organization, which is part of a greater nationwide alliance of OIC’s.
